About our Founder.

With over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development & General Contracting, Chad McCormick founded Green Industry Construction Services (GICS) in 2017 to focus solely on the cannabis industry.
Since that time, he has overseen the development of 2 Million+ SF of cannabis space, inclusive of cultivation, processing, and retail projects.
Chad’s customer focused approach has led GICS to become a trusted advisor in the space centered around maximizing clients ROI.
In addition to proficiently infusing GMP standards into the design and development of cannabis facilities, Chad facilitated the roll-out of GICS’s consulting arm which provides an array of cannabis professionals. GICS’s team of specialists oversee cultivation facility operations to create and increase efficiencies which are scalable and repeatable.
